Rudy Maex currently serves as VP Channel Development and Commercial Services Delivery at Brussels Airlines.
In this position Mr. Maex is in charge of the  distribution policy for and running the different commercial service delivery units of the company, in particular the customer contact center, the e-business department, the strategic accounts management team and cargo.

His career in the airlines business started in 1983 with Sabena, holding operational and sales positions in Boston, New York and Frankfurt, followed by various route management and area manager  postions at headoffice. 
During this time, Mr. Maex was at different moments  in charge of the european network, the intercontinental network and homemarket Benelux.
