Please note that all prices are per delegate and will be charged in GBP +20% VAT

Group rates available - 5% discount for groups of 3-4 delegates, 10% for groups over 5. This will be automatically calculated upon booking.

DEFINITIONS

Airlines are defined as a company which provides services for carrying passengers or freight. Consultants working for airlines are considered to be suppliers and therefore Non Airline Attendees. FlightGlobal reserve the right to ask for proof of employment from those claiming the airline rate.

VAT CHARGES 

UK VAT @ 20% is charged to all delegates.

All delegates must be charged UK VAT @ 20% whether from the UK, Europe (EU and Non-EU Members) and the Rest of the World.

Even if the delegate provides a registered VAT number, UK VAT @ 20% is still charged.

Your organisation may be able to reclaim the UK VAT charged by submitting the relevant reclaim forms to the UK VAT office. You need to complete form VAT 65 if you are from an EU country and form VAT 65A if you are from a country outside the EU. The forms must be completed in English. You can obtain the necessary guides and forms by visiting www.hmrc.gov.uk. Alternatively you can call HMRC on 0845 010 9000 (if calling from the UK) or +44 2920 501 261 (if calling from abroad). Please note that we are unable to assist any customers wishing to reclaim UK VAT charged.   
 

WHAT IS INCLUDED?
 

All prices include attendance to the 1.5 days event, refreshments and lunch on both days and access to the delegate contact tool.

The price does not include travel to and from the conference and/or accommodation. Special accommodation rates are available for all conference delegates - further details are available here.

DELEGATE CONTACT TOOL
 

All registered delegates will be given access to the Delegate Contact Tool shortly before the event takes place. The Delegate Contact Tool will allow you to:

• View the most up-to-date delegate list
• Amend your profile details
• Download a list of the delegates
• Send and receive messages to other opted in delegates
