Anna Kjaer is Chief Ground Instructor and Operations Manager at Center Air Pilot Academy, the leading Pilot Academy in Scandinavia. The Academy is based outside Copenhagen, Denmark. Anna Kjaer has a back ground from Real Estate and is trained as a commercial pilot. She has been working with business development in both USA and South Africa and now back in Denmark.
Experience with the MPL Program
Center Air Pilot Academy has been involved in the MPL programme since the very beginning and is proud to have graduated the first MPL pilots worldwide.
It is not by coincidence that Center Air Pilot Academy is first with the MPL programme. It is important to us always to be aware of how we can improve pilot training. The MPL has added a lot of new useful input to how we in a better way can prepare the pilots to work in the airline industry.
MPL has given us a new view on competency based training, feedback, training environment, training technique, CBT and much more.
The results we have seen have been many times greater than expected. There are a lot of reasons why; TEM has been integrated through out the entire training, which has given a even better understanding of how and why. There has been a better continuity, greater training intensity, scheduled preparation and finally a clearer focus.
