Norman MacLeod served as a training specialist in the RAF for over 20 years, working in a variety of aircrew training functions. He retired in 1993 and has been involved in civil aviation since then, mainly in the area of CRM. The author of 2 books on training design and CRM course development, he has a special interest in the evaluation of training effectiveness and in training as a risk mitigation strategy.
