WHAT IS INCLUDED?
 

All prices include attendance to the 3 day event, refreshments and lunch on both days, access to the delegate contact tool and a ticket to the awards ceremony and gala dinner.
 
The price does not include travel to and from the conference and/or accommodation. Special accommodation rates are available for all conference delegates - further details are available here.

DELEGATE CONTACT TOOL
 

All registered delegates will be given access to the Delegate Contact Tool shortly before the event takes place. The Delegate Contact Tool will allow you to:

  • View the most up-to-date delegate list
  • Amend your profile details
  • Download a list of the delegates
  • Send and receive messages to other opted in delegates 

*DEFINITIONS

Airlines are defined as a company which provides services for carrying passengers or freight. Consultants working for airlines are considered to be suppliers and therefore supplier attendees.  

Non-Airline Loyalty Program Partners are those directly employed by a non-airline organization that runs its own customer facing loyalty scheme. This includes hotel chains, restaurant chains, car hire firms and other customer facing companies with either direct earn and/or direct burn deals with travel loyalty program providers covering their own products/services.

FlightGlobal reserve the right to ask for proof of employment from those claiming the airline rate.
