Loyalty Americas 2012 took place on 18th and 19th September in Chicago, USA at the Sofitel Water Tower Hotel.
Over 110 loyalty experts attended the conference; including loyalty programme directors and managers, CEOs, vice presidents, senior account managers and business development managers.
